Sweet Memory Baskets reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our gift baskets. At times we or our suppliers may not have some items in stock. We have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure timely delivery. The substitute product will always be equal or greater value.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO.
• Please be sure to provide an accurate address before we shipped the order. Invalid address may subject to a delay.
All personalized items will take about 1-2 days from the purchase date to process and the item will NOT ship immediately after you purchased it. It will be delivered 1 day/2 days after the personalization is done.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
Damaged/Missing-On-Arrival (D/MOA) Items
In the event the item you receive is D/MOA, please contact us immediately. You MUST SAVE the damaged product and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 1-2 days and we might ask you to send us some photos.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, we will give you a full refund.
