OUR SERVICE
SandAndArt creates custom artwork by hand using colored sand. Customers provide photographs, selections, and instructions that our artists use as references when creating each piece.
Each artwork is individually made and is not a mass-produced photographic reproduction.
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase transaction in your jurisdiction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
YOUR ORDER
Each custom artwork is created according to the information submitted with your order, which may include your uploaded photo, art type, number of subjects, selected glass, personalization, and special instructions.
You are responsible for reviewing the information you provide and making sure it is accurate before submitting your order.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes before production begins.
Once production has started, certain changes may no longer be possible.
YOUR PHOTO
When you upload or provide a photograph, image, text, personalization, or other material for your order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide and use that material for the creation of your artwork.
You grant SandAndArt the limited permission necessary to use the materials you submit for the purpose of creating, processing, and fulfilling your order.
Please provide clear, good-quality reference photos whenever possible. The quality and detail of the reference material can affect what our artists are able to reproduce in sand.
We reserve the right to decline content or orders that we reasonably determine cannot be produced, are unlawful, or violate the rights of another person.
HANDCRAFTED ART
SandAndArt pieces are created entirely by hand using colored sand. Your finished artwork is an artistic interpretation of your reference photo rather than an exact photographic reproduction.
Small variations in color, texture, shading, proportions, and fine details are natural characteristics of handmade artwork.
These natural variations make each piece unique and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on our website based on the selections available for your custom artwork.
The final amount shown during checkout may include the artwork price, shipping charges, taxes when applicable, and any other charges disclosed before the order is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, or technical errors on the website. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever appropriate.
PRODUCTION
Every custom SandAndArt piece requires artist time and is individually created after the order is placed.
Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, number of subjects, selected glass, level of detail, artist availability, and current order volume.
If you need your artwork for a particular event or date, please contact us before ordering whenever possible. Requested completion dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by SandAndArt.
SHIPPING
Shipping options, availability, and charges may depend on the selected artwork, glass size and weight, destination, and available shipping services.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise by the applicable shipping service.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once an artist has started creating your custom artwork, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, artist time, and production work have already been committed specifically to your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because SandAndArt pieces are personalized and created specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has another confirmed problem, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include an adjustment, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
